Nectar of Life – Human Milk Bank

A flagship, self-funded project established at Sri Ramakrishna Hospital, Coimbatore, in August 2021. The milk bank collects, screens, pasteurizes, stores, and distributes donated breast milk to premature and medically fragile infants.

To expand access, the club has also established two Nectar ATMs, enabling easier milk donation and distribution. Donor mothers across South India volunteer as dedicated "Nectar Bees".

Every newborn in need should have access to Mother's Milk – the true "Liquid Gold."

For over four years, the Rotary Club of Coimbatore Cotton City, in association with the Animal Rescuers Team and Forest College, has been dedicated to rescue, rehabilitation, and conservation of birds through Jeevdaya.

Driven by the belief that every bird deserves the freedom of the skies, the project focuses on compassion, conservation, and community awareness. The club received Limca Book of Records recognition for the Largest Grain Art campaign to save parakeets.
